We were drinking beers in a bar when you handed me a gift
I felt so bad opening the elegant packaging
A Mexican leather belt embossed with a sun and pyramid
And not a day goes by, I remember turning 25
But I think of you when I accessorise
My mind goes back in time when that record plays
My ass and hands go cold at the thought of your parquet
Where we discussed telepathic universal languages
And the shape of you feet
We kissed a globe lamp on all the places that we would like to see
And when the radio’s on
I pray to god that they play that song
